Just as the facts discussed in the article surprise me, I do not consider them to be part of the consolidation of a new business model, but rather the indicators of the beginning of the transformation of the mentality of businessmen and the objectives of companies towards certain more humanitarian. I think we could see the consolidation of this business model, given time, but I think we are currently just seeing the beginning of a long process. In my view, this process has begun in part thanks to the amount of information that is now available to both business owners and consumers.
